SHIPMENT PROCESSING
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 days.
- Order Verification: Orders may be held if we are unable to verify your shipping address or if your billing details trigger our fraud detection system.
- Processing Delays: NutriMuscle is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & TRACKING
We ship orders using trusted courier services, including FedEx, Delhivery, e-Kart, and Track-On Couriers.
- Tracking details will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
NutriMuscle reserves the right to require signature confirmation for any shipment. Please note that our customer service representatives cannot waive this requirement.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- Merging Orders: We are unable to combine multiple orders.
- Order Modifications: Once an order has been submitted to our warehouse (daily at 12:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday), we cannot modify or cancel it.
- Cancellation Fees: If you request a cancellation before your order is shipped, a 2.5% processing fee may be deducted due to payment gateway charges.
SHIPPING DELAYS
- Courier Delays: NutriMuscle is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference but are not guaranteed.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you suspect that your order was damaged in transit, please:
- Refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91-8178356438.
- Do not remove items from the package and keep all packaging intact.
- If an insurance claim is required, we may request photos of the damage before processing a replacement.
- Report damages or missing items within 3 calendar days of delivery.
PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS
